INSTAGRAM OUTFITS ROUND UP: WINTER ADVENTURES

We have less than a week till it’s officially winter, so if it hasn’t gotten quite cold where you’re at, I’m excited to be rounding up a few of my favorite winter Instagram outfits today. If you’ve been following me this past month, then you probably already know that I’ve done quite a bit of traveling. From Paris to Colmar and Miami, my outfit choices have been all over the place, but it’s a good reminder to be thankful that I get to visit such beautiful places with polar opposite temperatures. Earlier this month, I put this look together to show you guys how I manage holiday stress on Instagram. I find nothing more therapeutic than getting dolled up and running out for dinner with the girls. I like to mix glam and edge for the perfect GNO look since it falls right in the middle of dressy and casual. Plus, it isn’t everyday that you see leopard print mixed with sequins. Winter in Paris

Paris is often referred to as the City of Love for many reasons, including its popularity for being a honeymoon destination. I can’t think of a more perfect city and season to wear bright red. This plaid scarf gives the look just a touch of Christmas. I wish I could show you guys more of this pleated dress, but it was just too cold to peel off the coat.

I have been to Paris many times before but mostly for work and fashion week. The twinkling lights of the Eiffel Tower always leaves me in awe so I knew I wanted to be able to embrace it this time. I kept my look walkable and comfy in denim and booties. A blanket scarf makes a breezy night more bearable.

Did you really go to Paris if you didn’t immerse in its coffee like a local? Cafe hopping is a must when in France… The wicker chairs and marble tables are always uber charming. I can sit here and people watch all day. A shearling coat makes it possible in the wintertime and don’t forget to slip on trainers so you can explore freely once coffee break is over.

Walk on the Wild Side

Here’s an iconic shot at the Pont Alexandre III bridge in Paris. It’s regarded as one of the most extravagant bridges in the city and I can see why. Dressed up with exquisite sculptures and pops of gold, it’s one of my favorite photo spots. Of course, I went against the grain in a bolder and heavier look rather than something delicate and sumptuous to complement the backdrop. It just goes to show that no matter what you’re wearing, photos will come out amazing.

Parisian Glam

French interiors are the most elegant in my opinion. Every time I step foot into a quaint apartment, I just want to put on a beautiful gown and prance around like a queen. I finally got to play a little make believe in this tulle gown. You guys always ask me for photo tips – and one of the best things I can tell you is to plan your wardrobe according to your vision. The entire vibe of this shot wouldn’t have been the same had I opted for jeans and trainers.
