Power Suit
Of course, I have to pay homage to the power suit. Which is essentially the above with a coordinating bottom. Suits in general tend to accentuate my inner girl boss and I definitely feel invincible when I throw one on. I think the unstoppable feeling stems from the fact that is traditionally a formal item you would wear out or in an office setting. So, when I am wearing one of my favorite power suits, I feel even more productive. I am definitely going to make more conscious decisions to wear more suits – even if I am just working from home!

Bold Prints
This is not a specific item but rather a concept. I absolutely adore anything with an eye-catching print. Whether it be a dress or a blouse, I am here for it. Wearing anything remotely loud or bold is more of a fashion risk for me and a lot more fun in that sense! Personally, I can spend hours mixing and matching all the prints in my wardrobe to create funky, eclectic combinations. I highly recommend incorporating more patterns into your own closet this year!

Not-So-Typical-Blazer
Time and time again, you will find me in some sort of blazer getup because they are truly one of my favorite outerwear pieces to rock. However, I discovered you can take it a step further by opting for a not-so-typical variation instead of a typical, boring workwear blazer. Everything from killer leather blazers to belted styles and asymmetrical blazer dresses are an A+ in my style book. Unique outerwear is an easy way to spice up your wardrobe so I will definitely be carrying this idea into the new year.

Killer Boots
If I had to pick an outfit if I were a superhero, it would most definitely involve sleek, clunky boots in some way or another. I just think it is hard to find a more powerful shoe than that! Perhaps what makes them so appealing is how incredibly bold they are whether you’re into bulky, platform boots or over-the-knee cuts.
I have quite the collection of crazy looking boots, so it is something you will continually see me style until I get tired of them (which is not anytime soon to say the least).

Personally, I am not one for wearing a ton of jewelry, but the one item I cannot get enough of are earrings!
