Fall is the prime time to sample fashion from yesteryear, too. Trends this fall will be conjuring everything vintage-inspired. There are so many stunning styles to pick from –I almost don’t know where to start. However, I was able to compile a vintage-inspired list of trends for this fall. The vintage vibes are high, really high, so don’t be afraid to mix and match fashion concepts to find that ultimate fall ensemble perfect for a chilly evening wherever you are.

The vintage vibes are high, really high, so don’t be afraid to mix and match fashion concepts to find that ultimate fall ensemble perfect for a chilly evening wherever you are. Here are some of my favorite vintage-inspired trends for part 2.

Buttoned-Up

Goodbye laced up details and hello buttons galore. All the way buttoned-up, as a matter of fact. This trend beckons a goth vibe rather than a business silhouette. While patterns and prints might be cute for the summer, solids are better suited for the fall season.

Power Red

It’s official, red is the color of fall 2017. Power red is not for the faint of heart. It is as bold as you want it to be and it will be everywhere. It’s painting the town red by adding red to any outfit for a pop of color. Some might even like an extra trendy power red monochromatic outfit complete with red nails, lips, and a micro bag.

Retro Hat

For those bad hair days or those days when time doesn’t permit a proper hairdo, in comes the retro hat to save the day. Hats have been associated with summer and winter, but fall retro hats are getting some serious attention. Entertain various fabrics from fuzzy to felt and from knitted to velvet.

Throwback Logos

Add a throwback logos t-shirt into the fall mix. Pair the t-shirt with a plaid skirt, high waist pants, or under an extra long coat. The throwback logo invites imagination and freedom. It’s also a great way to support some old school companies and have a blast with lettering and colors.
